ed="R087"/>阿弥陀<persName>佛</persName>，或百或千以为常课，此方念<persName>佛</persName>，极乐池 <lb n="0364b09" ed="X"/><lb n="0580b12" ed="R087"/>内花即标名，勤惰纔分、荣枯顿异。临命终时，观世 <lb n="0364b10" ed="X"/><lb n="0580b13" ed="R087"/>音菩萨手执此花，迎取念<persName>佛</persName>之人坐于花内，往生 <lb n="0364b11" ed="X"/><lb n="0580b14" ed="R087"/>彼国。花开见<persName>佛</persName>，快乐无穷。我若诳汝，当堕<g ref="#CB15072">拔</g>舌地 <lb n="0364b12" ed="X"/><lb n="0580b15" ed="R087"/>狱，代汝念<persName>佛</persName>之人受大苦。幸发信心、早修净业，莫 <lb n="0364b13" ed="X"/><lb n="0580b16" ed="R087"/>教一日换了皮，纵有千<persName>佛</persName>难救汝。火急进步，时不 <lb n="0364b14" ed="X"/><lb n="0580b17" ed="R087"/>待人。思之思之！</p> <lb n="0364b15" ed="X"/><lb n="0580b18" ed="R087"/><p xml:id="pX01p0364b1501">先原为极忙而设，每早定为常课，不可一日间断。 <lb n="0364b16" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a01" ed="R087"/>常课之外遇有空闲，仍把念<persName>佛</persName>做一件日用紧要 <lb n="0364b17" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a02" ed="R087"/>的事，好像穿衣食饭一般，没有一时半刻可離。这 <lb n="0364b18" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a03" ed="R087"/>纔与古人所说“朝也阿弥陀，暮也阿弥陀，假饶忙 <lb n="0364b19" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a04" ed="R087"/>似箭，不離阿弥陀”的意相合。每次所念，不必拘定 <lb n="0364b20" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a05" ed="R087"/>遍数，亦不拘四字六字、明念暗念。但念<persName>佛</persName>时，至心 <lb n="0364b21" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a06" ed="R087"/>皈命，莫教有一毫外念夹杂，方为真念。大藏经云： <lb n="0364b22" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a07" ed="R087"/>“念阿弥陀<persName>佛</persName>一声，灭八十亿万劫生死重罪。”苟非 <lb n="0364b23" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a08" ed="R087"/>真念纯切，那能有此大效？近有一种念<persName>佛</persName>的人，不 <lb n="0364b24" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a09" ed="R087"/>晓得善养喜神，动辄生气，兼又贪图口腹恣意杀 <pb n="0364c" ed="X" xml:id="X01.0013.0364c"/> <lb n="0364c01" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a10" ed="R087"/>生，自谓无碍于念<persName>佛</persName>。那晓得怒恨、伤生两业，最是 <lb n="0364c02" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a11" ed="R087"/>招惹魔障，到命终时业境现前，缠绕作梗，不是痛 <lb n="0364c03" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a12" ed="R087"/>苦就是昏迷，虽欲念一<persName>佛</persName>字将不可得，何况十念。 <lb n="0364c04" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a13" ed="R087"/>故修净业的，要晓得于今所做是因，临终所得是 <lb n="0364c05" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a14" ed="R087"/>果，趁早欢喜戒杀，莫到临头後悔。又有一种念<persName>佛</persName> <lb n="0364c06" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a15" ed="R087"/>的人，自谓生平那裡没有过恶，未必就能投生极 <lb n="0364c07" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a16" ed="R087"/>乐；但得现世安稳、来生富贵，于愿足矣。这是信念 <lb n="0364c08" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a17" ed="R087"/>不坚，<persName>佛</persName>不能度。要知从前有个十恶五逆的屠户， <lb n="0364c09" ed="X"/><lb n="0581a18" ed="R087"/>到命终时痛苦万状只求速死的时节，纔听得有 <lb n="0364c10" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b01" ed="R087"/>这十念法门，急忙之中取香安放手掌焚烧，力求 <lb n="0364c11" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b02" ed="R087"/>超度，尙可见<persName>佛</persName>接引，得了下品下生。何况生平行 <lb n="0364c12" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b03" ed="R087"/>为尙不至于十恶五逆，而又起信得早，岂有不遂 <lb n="0364c13" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b04" ed="R087"/>往生之理？是故念<persName>佛</persName>不可希求来世福报，到得福 <lb n="0364c14" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b05" ed="R087"/>报尽时，依然要受苦楚，那裡比得跳出轮迴能彀 <lb n="0364c15" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b06" ed="R087"/>永享极乐的好？唯求父母往生，及在世保病、去世 <lb n="0364c16" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b07" ed="R087"/>追荐的，皆是孝思，可以求得。但父母在世的，不若 <lb n="0364c17" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b08" ed="R087"/>劝其自念的好。昔长芦<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0364c1701" n="0364c1701"/><anchor xml:id="beg0364c1701" n="0364c1701"/>赜<anchor xml:id="end0364c1701"/>禅师劝孝文云：“能劝父 <lb n="0364c18" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b09" ed="R087"/>母修净土，是为大孝。”今世人得见此书，就是有缘。 <lb n="0364c19" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b10" ed="R087"/>宜发坚信心，劝父母戚友一同念<persName>佛</persName>，莫教当面错 <lb n="0364c20" ed="X"/><lb n="0581b11" ed="R087"/>过。倘或转劝，未能兄信，却<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0364c2001" n="0364c2001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0364c2001" n="0364c2001"/>已<anchor xml:id="end0364c2001"/>晓得天地间原有这 <lb n="0364c21"
